Business Management SystemOur Sharepoint-based business management system has been in use for more than 10 years and is continuously updated and improved through internal and external audits. The system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
New Product Introduction – NPIThe NPI process is fully integrated with the Product Development Process. In the NPI process we develop Product Quality plans for each new product and use a strict PPAP procedure before production launch.
Product testing & verificationWe perform extensive product and component tests during the different stages of production, from receiving raw materials and components to delivery. All display computer products go through a burn-in test before delivery.
Digitized workflows and traceabilityWe use digitized workflow management to achieve world-class production control. Work instructions, documentation and test reports are digitized and QR coding is used to call up the right instructions and documentation for a specific work task on a certain part number. Through our production database we achieve full traceability of components and workflows.
ERP and Business Management systems are tightly integrated to digitalize and secure processes.
Non-conformancyCrossControl is supplying global OEMs with high requirements on quality. For all accepted warranty claims we perform an 8D analysis and take appropriate preventive and corrective actions. The 0-mile metric for 2020 was <80 DPPM.
DeliveryOur on-time delivery for 2020 was 98%, a figure we strive to improve on. We work with our customers and suppliers to ensure capacity, production and delivery goals are met and we have a robust business continuity plan in place.
