CC Linux is an open and continuously developed Linux system, applied across all display computer models to support easy re-use of software.

Software platform overview

CC Linux is based upon the industry standard Yocto/Linux OS and is designed to work in harmony with all CrossControl advanced devices. As we use a full OS that is supported by thousands of engineers it allows for the quick integration of existing applications into CrossControl hardware. Customers are not limited to a proprietary operating system and the need to recode applications in only one language but are supported in developing the solution they need by working with, not against, the resources and skills they already have.
