CrossControl was founded in 1991 by three entrepreneurs and friends that saw the potential for computer-based control systems in the off-highway equipment market.

Just over 30 years later it has grown into a vibrant company providing a state-of-the-art platform for machine intelligence to customers globally.

Supported by a team of over 75 talented engineers in hardware and software, CrossControl provides a wide portfolio of display hardware, in sizes 3.5”-14”, which is constantly kept up to date and innovated upon to meet market needs thanks to our modular technology platform. All CrossControl devices are available with LinX, a modular and open software platform that offers customers optional paths for realising systems. It includes core software from the firmware level and Linux OS implementation up to application development toolchains, including Qt, CODESYS, and software application modules.

With a dedicated group of field application engineers, CrossControl supports customers from initial testing and prototyping through to fully realized solutions, including optional application development services and hardware customisation for larger programs.

We invest continuously in our production facilities at Alfta, Sweden. With digital workflows, high degree of automation and a staff that takes personal quality responsibility, we pride ourselves in offering customers operational excellence.
